Book One · Months One to Three
Thrive: The Daily Practice
Five minutes a day to build the practice
$14 ebook · paperback $17.99 · Kindle $5.99
The first half of the practice turns inward. You are not trying to change everything at once. You are laying something down, a small daily return that the rest of the practice rests on. Each day has its own page, a morning half and a night half.
Weeks 1 to 4 · Installation
Initiation, momentum, embodiment, conviction. Showing up, and the first quiet returns.
Weeks 5 to 8 · Attention
Stillness, signals, pattern, clarity. A trained eye begins to notice what was always there.
Weeks 9 to 12 · Capacity
Room, worthiness, boundaries, ground. You make space for what comes next.
By the end of Book One, the way you see is no longer accidental. Book Two turns that seeing outward.
The files arrive on the page right after checkout, and again by email. You can write in the PDF, in GoodNotes or on paper once you print it, and the EPUB is there for reading. Both are yours to keep.
Paperback $17.99 and Kindle $5.99 on Amazon.
If you want both books at once, the Complete Six Months holds them in a single file for $24.

Questions
- Do I need a notebook?
- No. Every day already has a page in the book, morning above and night below. If you want more room, any notebook will do. The one we keep is on the notebook page .
- Can I start with Book Two?
- Book Two stands on the ground Book One lays down, so begin with Book One. If you already know you want the whole practice, the Complete Six Months holds both.
- What is the difference between the PDF, the paperback, and Kindle?
- The paperback is the book to write in, with a page for every day. The PDF is the same object for a tablet: open it in GoodNotes or any app that writes on PDFs, or print it. It comes with an EPUB for reading. The Kindle edition ($5.99) carries the weekly practice and is read rather than written in; keep a notebook beside it.
- How do the files arrive?
- Stripe handles the payment and sends the receipt. The PDF and EPUB are waiting on the page that follows checkout, and they come by email as well. The receipt carries a link back to them, good for a week. Save them somewhere you'll find them.
- How long does a day take?
- About five minutes. Thirty seconds on waking, two minutes in the morning, two minutes before sleep. Nothing else in the day is timed.
- What if I miss a day?
- Begin again the next day, on the next page, without going back. There is no catching up. There is only continuing.
