Who we are
Thrive: The Daily Practice is published by AscenHD LLC, a Pennsylvania company. These terms cover this site and the books sold from it. Questions go to thrive@ascenhd.com.
The books
Thrive is a guided journal and a personal practice. It is not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. It makes no promise of any particular outcome. What follows the practice is your own.
Your license
When you buy a digital edition, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to read it, write in it, and print it for your own use. Please don't resell, share, or redistribute the files.
Purchases
Digital editions bought here are sold by Stripe as merchant of record; their terms govern the transaction, and Stripe sends the receipt and handles questions about the payment itself. Questions about the book come to us. Print and Kindle editions are sold by Amazon, and editions on Etsy by Etsy, under those platforms' terms.
Limitation of liability
The site and the books are offered as they are. To the extent the law allows, AscenHD LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from their use, and our liability to you is limited to what you paid for the edition in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, and any dispute will be heard in its courts.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
