Five minutes a day to live what you built

Cover of Thrive: The Daily Practice, Book Two, Months Four to Six

The second half is what happens when the way you see begins to shape your days. Come to it after Book One. The ground it stands on is the ground you built there. The shape of the day is the same as before, a morning half and a night half on a page of its own.

Weeks 13 to 16 · Momentum

Circulation, acceleration, recognition, authority. The seeing begins to move.

Weeks 17 to 20 · Mastery

Discernment, precision, ease, rhythm. The practice runs without strain.

Weeks 21 to 24 · Permanence

Trust, overflow, legacy, continuity. By now the practice is simply how your days work.

By the end of Book Two, what you trust is not the outcome. It is the perspective you have earned and the way you now move.

The same two files as Book One. A PDF you write in, in GoodNotes or on paper once you print it, and an EPUB for reading. They arrive on the page after checkout and again by email, and they are yours to keep.

Paperback $17.99 and Kindle $5.99 on Amazon.

The practice begins with Book One. Start there, or get the Complete Six Months for $24 and have both.

Questions

Do I need a notebook?
No. Every day already has a page in the book, morning above and night below. If you want more room, any notebook will do. The one we keep is on the notebook page .
Can I start with Book Two?
Book Two stands on the ground Book One lays down, so begin with Book One. If you already know you want the whole practice, the Complete Six Months holds both.
What is the difference between the PDF, the paperback, and Kindle?
The paperback is the book to write in, with a page for every day. The PDF is the same object for a tablet: open it in GoodNotes or any app that writes on PDFs, or print it. It comes with an EPUB for reading. The Kindle edition ($5.99) carries the weekly practice and is read rather than written in; keep a notebook beside it.
How do the files arrive?
Stripe handles the payment and sends the receipt. The PDF and EPUB are waiting on the page that follows checkout, and they come by email as well. The receipt carries a link back to them, good for a week. Save them somewhere you'll find them.
How long does a day take?
About five minutes. Thirty seconds on waking, two minutes in the morning, two minutes before sleep. Nothing else in the day is timed.
What if I miss a day?
Begin again the next day, on the next page, without going back. There is no catching up. There is only continuing.
A daily page from Week One. The morning half above: a date, three lines of gratitude, one sentence, one action, the week's line written once. The night half below, ending with I am.
A daily page. Morning half, night half.

Week One is free.

If you would rather begin at the beginning, the first week comes to your inbox.
