Refunds

If a digital edition isn't right for you, write to thrive@ascenhd.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll arrange a refund.

Digital purchases made here are processed by Stripe as merchant of record. A refund goes back through Stripe to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten business days, and Stripe's own terms apply alongside this one. The receipt Stripe sent you is the record of the purchase; keep it.

Editions bought on Etsy or Amazon follow those platforms' own returns and refund policies.
